PRIVACY
This page says what Harfi collects, why we collect it, and who else it reaches. It describes what the product actually does — if you find something here that doesn’t match what you see, tell us at info@outworx.io.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Your account. An email address, and a display name if you set one. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name from Google — never your Google password.
Your play. The prompts you write, the machine’s answers, which rules passed, how many strokes you took, and the medals you earned.
Payment. If you subscribe, Stripe collects and holds your card details. We never see or store a card number. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we know what you are entitled to.
Usage. Page views, performance measurements, and errors, so we can tell when something is broken.
YOUR PROMPTS GO TO ANTHROPIC
Harfi is a game against a language model, so every prompt you write is sent to Anthropic’s API to be answered, along with any sample data the trial provides. This is the core of how the product works and it cannot be turned off while playing.
Each stroke is sent on its own with no memory of your previous ones. Anthropic handles that data under their own terms; we do not send them your email address or your name — only the text of the prompt.
Please don’t put anything confidential, personal, or belonging to someone else into a prompt. Nothing in this game needs it.
WHY WE HOLD IT
To give you an account and keep your scorecard between visits; to decide which trials you have access to; to take payment if you subscribe; to fix what breaks; and to work out which trials are too hard, too easy, or badly written.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts to advertise to you.
WHO PROCESSES IT
- Google Firebase — accounts and database.
- Anthropic — answers your prompts.
- Stripe — payments and card details.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Marsad — analytics and error reporting.
Each holds data under its own terms, and some are outside your country. Using Harfi means that transfer happens.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Your account and scorecard stay until you delete them. Delete your account from the account page and we remove your login, your scorecard, and your medals, and cancel any subscription first so you are not billed again.
Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is outside our control.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — deletion is a button on the account page, and everything else you can get by emailing info@outworx.io. If you are in the UK, EU, or another place with data protection law, you also have the right to complain to your local regulator.
COOKIES
We use what is needed to keep you signed in and to take payment. We do not run advertising trackers.
CHILDREN
Harfi is for adults. It is not designed for children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
WHO HOLDS YOUR DATA
Harfi is operated by Outworx for Web-Design, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under licence number 1556815. Data-protection questions go to info@outworx.io.
CHANGES
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and tell account holders by email.
