WHO YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH

Harfi is operated by Outworx for Web-Design, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under E Trader (Professional) licence number 1556815.

Reach us at info@outworx.io. An E Trader licence is issued for an online business and carries no trading premises, so email is the contact of record.

WHAT HARFI IS

A game. You write instructions to a language model and a parser checks whether its answer met a written specification. The score comes from that parser, not from anyone’s judgement of your work.

It is not a course, a qualification, or a certification, and clearing trials is not evidence of anything to anyone but you.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You need an account to play, you must be 16 or older, and the details you give must be accurate. Keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

FREE AND PAID

Set 1 is free and stays free. Harfi Plus opens the remaining sets for $7.99 a month or $59 a year, billed to the card you give Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel.

Prices can change, but never mid-term: a change takes effect at your next renewal and we will tell you before it does.

CANCELLING AND REFUNDS

Cancel whenever you like from the account page — it opens Stripe’s billing portal and takes one click. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. You do not need to email us and we will not ask you why.

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, write to info@outworx.io and we will refund it. Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right than this, that law wins.

FAIR USE

Don’t:

• use the game to generate illegal content, or anything designed to harm or harass someone;
• script or automate play, or use the stroke endpoint as a general route to the model — it is metered and it is for playing;
• resell access, share an account, or copy the trials to run elsewhere;
• attempt to break, overload, or work around the gating.

We may suspend an account that does these things. If we suspend a paid account without good reason, we refund the unused part.

WHO OWNS WHAT

The trials, specifications, coaching, design and code are ours. The prompts you write are yours; you give us permission to send them to the model, store them, and use them in aggregate to judge whether a trial is fair. What the model produces is subject to Anthropic’s terms.

THINGS WE DON'T PROMISE

Harfi depends on other people’s services and on a language model that is not deterministic. We don’t promise uninterrupted availability, that a given trial can be cleared on a given attempt, or that what you learn will produce any particular result elsewhere.

The model may change. When it does, difficulty changes with it, and we recalibrate the trials rather than pretend otherwise.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. In many places you have rights that cannot be signed away — nothing here removes them.

ENDING IT

You can close your account at any time from the account page, which deletes your data and cancels any subscription. We may end these terms with notice, or immediately for a serious breach.

LAW AND CONTACT

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts there have jurisdiction. Where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights still stand. Questions go to info@outworx.io.
